Let's see... I will be making "Behind the Stove Rolls", always a favorite (from the BakingCircle.com group, they have fabulous recipes both from King Arthur and members) and Pagnottine (little square hard sourdough rolls) from The Il Fornaio Baking Book.
This is one of the times of year when I wish I had a baking stone that covered my entire oven shelf. Note to self: Get this done next year.
